THE former Phones 4U store in Chelmsford High Street has been reopened by Vodafone as one of the 139 stores saved by the mobile giant.
The new shop has saved 10 jobs in the city, and forms part of Vodafone’s £100million nationwide expansion – and £1billion investment – in 2014.
