Mayor invites others to join him for minutes silence to remember victims of the Tunisian beach attack
Chelmsford's Mayor is inviting residents to join him outside the main entrance of the Civic Centre today to take part in a national minute's silence to remember victims of the Tunisian beach attack.
The Mayor will say a few words, followed by the minute’s silence at 12noon.
The city council therefore asks that you take your place by 11.55am.
Everyone is welcome to attend to remember those affected.
