GET READY to roll around laughing as the Comedy Club returns to Chelmsford for two shows this month.

The Lion Inn, in Main Road, Boreham will once again be hosting the official Comedy Club Chelmsford in its new function suite the Lion House.

With a list of popular comedians lined up to tickle your funny bone during each performance tickets are going fast, so early booking is recommended.

On Thursday, November 12, the stage will be graced by host comedian Kevin McCarthy, who has supported comic legend Lee Evans, television favourite Mark Maier, who has appeared on The Stand Up Show and Dating The Enemy, and headline act Phil Butler, who has featured on BBC1s Hotel Babylon, BBC3's Funny Business and The Des O'Conner Show on ITV. 

Then on Thursday, November 26, audiences can expect to be entertained by host and gigging comedian Ben Van Der Velde, Komedia and The Comedy Club veteran Carey Marx and headliner Junior Simpson, best know from his time on Big Brother's Big Mouth.
