Two fitness fans who overcame their own weight-loss battles are hoping to help others get healthy.

Kelly Sephton and Cristian Basile, both of Chelmsford, have started the Blueberry Sports website, which offers tips and advice on how to get fit.

The website also features details of workouts and how to use weights as well as nutritional guidance.

Cristian, aged 29, has been an avid gym-goer for the last three years but began his body transformation after gaining weight in his early twenties.

He began watching Youtube videos to learn how to perform various exercises but found it difficult to find out information about what to eat to aid his new healthy lifestyle.

He wanted to help other people struggling with their weight, prompting the creation of Blueberry Sports.

He said: "It was when I started running out of breath from every day walking that I realised that I needed to change, gaining weight doesn't just affect you physically but also gives you a low self of esteem which effects your confidence massively."

Kelly was motivated to set up the online website after suffering from eating disorders and body image issues in her teenage years.

With much hard work she transformed her life and body to become one of the best female body builders in the world.

"I did it all myself," she said.

"I spent ages online researching diets and training and then I met my husband, who is a personal trainer, in the gym."

Now she wants to help others to reach their goals.  For more information on Blueberry Sports visit www.blueberrysports.co.uk
