Police have just released CCTV images of three men they want to speak to after the theft of more than £800 of alcohol from Asda in Chelmer Village.
Three suspects entered the store at about 4pm on Boxing Day before filling a trolley with more than £500 of champagne and another £300 of spirits.
They then selected placed a number of items of George clothing over the top of the drinks before leaving the store without making any attempt to pay for the items.
Anyone who recognises the men in the CCTV is asked to call Chelmsford Police Station on 101 or ring Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
