A 24-year-old man from Chelmsford will be appearing at Chelmsford Magistrates Court this morning, Thursday, June 23, charged with the murder of Brian Hurry.
Michael McDonald of Tennyson Road, was charged last night with Mr Hurry’s murder following four days in custody.
Mr Hurry was found dead at his home in Bramwoods Road shortly after 5pm on Saturday, June 18.
A post-mortem examination found a provisional cause of death as head injuries caused by blunt force trauma.
